The Optimal Diet: The Official Chip Cookbook, July 28, 2008
By J. Castillo (Fort Worth, TX USA)
This book is very concise and practical. The information in the first part is very useful and builds a rational for the ingredients used in the recipes. The recipes are easy to follow although it takes more time than it says to prepare (especially those requiring some home made base ingredients.) I recommend it for anyone in need of a healthy diet.

Vegan Beginner, May 6, 2008
By D. E. Stephens (Paradise, CA)
Just a dynamite book. I'm a new vegan convert and this book has simple recipes with ingredients readily available in your grocery/health food store. There are pictures to entice you and for comparison with your rendering. I found it extremely helpful from its suggested kitchen tool list, food list, and preparation guides. My doctor, also a vegan, recommended it to me.
